Oakhurst Golf & Country Club provided a memorable setting for the second “Ultimate Golf Clinic” hosted by Jalbert Financial Group on Friday, May 21st. Doubling the popularity and success of last year’s event, more than 50 clients and their guests were in attendance to receive expert swing analysis and instruction from legendary PGA Tour Champion and Vardon Trophy Winner, Dan Pohl – a Michigan native who recorded over 70 Top-10 finishes throughout his 30-year career.

In addition to fine-tuning their golf game, many guests also seized the opportunity to tune up their portfolios to insulate against the exposure of unpredictable market loss. “The Dow’s record 998-point drop earlier in the month was another reminder that severe and sudden market downturns can be devastating to retirement savings,” commented Russell Jalbert. “Rather than worrying about their financial futures, our clients can enjoy good times with good friends, secure in the knowledge that their assets are protected while taking advantage of opportunities for growth.”
